Program 01

Ageing well means staying connected.

A brain, balance, hearing, and communication-focused pathway for older adults who want to remain active, confident, and engaged.

Overview

Support for the whole listening and movement system.

Healthy ageing is not only about avoiding illness. It is also about maintaining communication, confidence, balance, participation, and meaningful daily activity.

This program is being designed around audio-vestibular, cognitive, communication, and functional activities that can be followed over time.

Who it is for

  • Older adults interested in maintaining communication and confidence.
  • People experiencing hearing, balance, or listening difficulties.
  • Families supporting an older adult’s participation and independence.
  • Clinicians and community organisations seeking structured activities.

Our approach

We aim to combine education, appropriate screening, structured activities, referral when needed, and progress monitoring.

What to expect

A practical pathway from awareness to action.

  1. Learn

Understand hearing, balance, cognition, and communication changes.

  2. Screen and refer

Identify concerns that may need audiological, medical, or rehabilitation review.

  3. Practise

Use structured activities suited to the person’s goals and context.

  4. Review

Track participation and decide what support should happen next.

Important note

Activities are not a replacement for clinical evaluation.

Hearing, balance, cognitive, and neurological symptoms can have many causes. A qualified professional should evaluate new, worsening, or concerning symptoms.
